GM Venture

"Successful companies focus today on Customer Satisfaction. Price itself is not enough to gain customers’ attention and fidelity. The excellence of price/quality relationship, communications strategies on the brand, good retail distribution and marketing activities allow the companies to anticipate and satisfy its clients’ needs with premium quality products.

Companies have to focus on regular and punctual services related to the product and its quality. Customers choose goods or companies by appraising different facilities: useful and appealing packaging, post-selling assistance, location, and courtesy. Further to this, win strategies could change their effectiveness depending on geographical area and cultural models, which means that successful standards in Europe could not be applied to Latin American markets for instance.

Selecting the appropriate partner to enter strategic market such as Brazil is a crucial point of business.

GM Venture is a Brazilian company leaded by Italian management that symbolizes the perfect trat d’union between Europe and Brazil. GM Venture supports its clients through its significant local network which guarantees business development and competitive advantages to those companies intending to enter this emerging market which today counts about 180 million potential consumers."
