The most part of the major shareholders are two private equity fund, Blue Gem and MPS Venture, who entered to enhance the growth and internationalization strategies.

From this point of view, we are pleased to say that our Brazilian start up, which took place in 2004, was extremely successful. We put together a winning team and chose an essential partner such as GM Venture to support us and manage post-deal operations challenges and business development activities.

Gianluca D’Agostino has 18-years old of experience in ICT sector, getting major positions at Telecom Italia and KPMG Consulting. He is married, has two children and lives in Roma.

Neomobile operates mobile entertainment since 2004 and nowadays is a market leader in Italia and Brazil and it's trying to be the top player in Spain, Turkey, France, Mexico and India.
