"My family has always operated in the real state market and, today, Rossi Residencial is even listed in the São Paulo Stock Exchange. The experience I have collected during past years allowed me to recognize proper time and places to invest in Brazil real estate in order to ensure profitable growth and business value to investors.

This mission inspired GR Properties Company.

Today we are one of the few players licensed to develop industrial areas and warehouses supported by integrated services, security, cafeterias and logistics, and capable to guarantee the investors with congruent returns and low risk. GR Properties builds also mall and shopping centers for those investors who require it.

To fulfill our strategy it is important to develop synergies with a company such as GM Venture, which can easily drive foreigners’ demand from investor that want to enter the Brazilian real estate market, focusing on high remuneration and breakeven than the traditional markets do not usually offer.

I strongly believe that Italian and Brazilian cultures are very similar, and I think this correspondence reflects itself into the business attitudes, as proved by our experience.

Guilherme Rossi is partner and founding member of GR Properties. The company builds industrial areas and shopping centers. Guilherme Rossi acquired his experience at Rossi Residencial, which is one of the most important Brazilian real estate corporations, listed in the São Paulo Stock Exchange.
